The "Stay Ready" campaign videos we made for Mass Mutual and The New York Times profiled three female pro-athletes exploring their relationships to their careers and their finances.

These films featured NCAA champion Flau’Jae Johnson, Australian Open champion Madison Keys, and Olympic soccer medalist Christen Press. The series spotlights the hard-won discipline behind these athletes' successes and the role trusted advisors play in helping them translate those achievements into long-term financial security.

Professional athletes bring stories rich with commitment, passion, and drive, but with schedules that rarely slow down, their time on set is often limited. Our challenge was to make every second count, strategically capturing powerful moments with the athletes as well as action-packed b-roll with body doubles to seamlessly carry the story forward.

Editing & motion graphics became the connective tissue of the series. With limited windows for principal footage, we carefully shaped each story in the cut, layering performance, motion, and momentum to keep the films dynamic and engaging.

Motion graphics were utilized to highlight key statistics and points Mass Mutual wanted to communicate to their audience. The animations were weaved into the live action footage, in order to fit organically into the story. Our team is deeply committed to craft, constantly searching for structural and editorial solutions to elevate every frame.
